The Reform Club presented unique challenges as a Grade II* listed building with significant historical and architectural importance. Rather than applying a standard approach, we designed targeted treatments for the perimeter retaining walls and pavement light wells, strategically omitting areas above external ground level. For persistent water ingress in the sub-basement, we implemented an innovative combination of cavity drainage with a permanent professional dehumidification system.
