One of our Surveyors brought these examples in following an inspection of an early 1900's brick end-terraced dwelling.  There was little in the way of visible issues present, however the project Architect determined that due to the age of the property the wall-ties should be checked and so called on Trace to undertake investigation, this is what we found:
