Highly qualified team of construction professionals with extensive experience backed by complementary educational & industry qualifications and training, including prior experience in Architecture & Building Surveying within private practice.

-Statutory application preparation & management (Building Regulations applications, Listed Building Consent etc.)
-Analysis & preparation of remedial specifications for timber decay & infestation
-Analysis & preparation of remedial specifications for rising/hygroscopic dampness & condensation
-Specification of structural timber repair (resin splice & traditional)

Trace does not employ labourers. All Site staff are progressively matrix trained across all activities, recognising abilities to develop skills and establish category experts. This elevates our flexibility for responding to client requirements and supports our drive to continually raise levels of quality.
