Standen
Park, Lancaster for Gleeson Homes - Town houses built into hillside.
A
reinforced slab was formed, with drainage chases included, following
which the reinforced ground retaining walls were constructed. Cavity
drainage membrane was applied to the walls and laid over the slab,
with a screed formed over. Inner block walls walls were then built,
with ties fixed via sealed plugs. |

available because ground water is controlled rather than being blocked
and at risk of hydrostatic pressure. |
