How to Protect you P.I.

We can provide varied CPD presentations concerning structural waterproofing or dealing with problems of moisture in buildings (dry rot et al).

Structural waterproofing CPD’s:
Simplistically we can provide a presentation covering the ‘types’ (A, B & C), of waterproofing as defined by BS8102, the implications of employing such systems and the appropriate necessary considerations included within BS8102 applicable to a given design.  We have a RIBA approved CPD of this nature, but to be frank and honest with our readers, there are a hundred and one organisations (mainly waterproofing manufacturers) that provide a talk of this nature and you can go to any one of them and hear a similar talk, albeit that they may have preferred products to discuss.

We employ Architectural staff.  People that have sat through many a CPD presentation, and know that product focused presentations provided by manufacturers are not necessarily of great benefit where the focus is on products/systems, and not technical design.

We have evolved our presentation specifically to educate designers and specifiers in respect of waterproofing design, whatever the products and systems installed.  Trace Basement Systems have greater experience than probably any other contractor in the land of remedying failed waterproofing systems in properties old & new, and see what causes waterproofing failure.
